Multimedia On Your Fedora 12

Once the installation is done with, the first thing I'd look out for in my Fedora would be the multimedia - MP3 support and support for AVI files among others.
Sadly however, FEDORA and many other LINUX versions do not support MP3 out of the box!
To get around this 'problem', all you need to do is install a small bit of software package, called Audacious.

2.5MB and a few heartbeats later, your MP3 woes are gone for ever!
Now, for your video needs, install VLC player on your machine by keying in the following command:{needless to say, you'll have to be logged in as root}
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm
followed by :
A few minutes later, all the multimedia worries that you'd ever had would be done away with allowing you to lead the good ol' LINUX way of life!
