Most of us who use the internet these days, use at least one service from Google - most people use or have at some point in their lives used Google search, GMail, Google Reader, Orkut. Most webmasters use Google Analytics, AdSense, AdWords, Webmaster tools etc.

Google continues to be a part of our online lives in some form or the other.

Fast Flip - that's the latest offering from the stables of Google. Fast flip is an online news reader which presents news stories from various sources such as BBC, New York Times, Washington Post among others.

Most bloggers have their blogs running on Wordpress platform. While many still insist on using the free, wordpress hosted blog {something like {yourblogname}.wordpress.com} many others, including yours truly prefer to run a Wordpress blog that's self hosted.

This while incurring a small cost, gives you freedom. The freedom to do almost anything with your blogs - like change themes, tinker around with the CSS {which with a wordpress hosted blog, you simply cannot} and a whole lot more.

In addition, there are some plug-ins that you can always add to your blog to make it look better, or help your administration needs. The following is a listing of all such plug-ins that are useful to a start up wordpress blog, like mine, for instance.

The much anticipated Operating System(OS) from Google has now been announced. The OS based on a LINUX kernel is expected to hit the market as a platform for netbooks in the second half of 2010.
